1. I would change the time of school days.  I would encourage sports practices to be before school (then you will get the truly dedicated kids, and probably have better teams because of it) as well as extra-curricular meetings, etc.  The school day would begin at 10am, because at least teenage brains do not engage in learning until 10, so right now we waste almost 2 hrs of every day.  school would be until about 5, and then kids could go home. 
2. I would encourage all the money that is poured into scare-tactic advertising about abortion to be instead poured into extensive required couseling for those who want to get an abortion.  We would probably save many more babies that way.  This counseling would include all of the available options, with abortion being a last choice.  I did see on the news this mornign that Wisconsin voters voted to pass an amedment which would require drs to tell patients that are seeking abortions after the 20th week that the baby can very likely feel pain....i though that was interesting.
3. I would make a plan to get troops home ASAP, and get countries functioning on their own so we can work on how this country functions
4. I would work on making college educations easier to pay for, therefore making them easier to obtain. 
5. I would up taxes for anyone making over a million dollars a year, or give them a break on their taxes if they give a substainal amount to charities.
6. Sex education in schools would be a balance between abstinence and contraceptive education

Ok, so some of these are vauge, I realize.  but I am not really running for office, so its ok.

So, i went home last night kind of disgusted with my blog yesterday.  I hope this makes up for it!  seriously...farting!  i am a dork to even respond to that question!
