11月21日 Through the eyes of a child-Part TwoYesterday, there was a baptism at church. First of all, I love baptisms. I briefly considered becoming a pastor so that I could do baptisms. So, being baptized was a 9-month old. and she is adorable! I sat just behind them during church, so i got to watch her the whole time. What did she teach me? How even babies can show joy. everytime she noticed one member of her family or friends, she gave them a grin to beat all grins. and she would start to bounce and wiggle and get all excited. Pure joy. Why can't we as adults do that more often? Why can't we just get so excited that we bounce and giggle and smile? what is it that makes us hold back? I really think we should all be super joyful more often. It would probably make our lives, and the lives of the people around us better.
I feel like i have a ton to blog about today, because I didn't blog over the weekend. I guess i am just going to have to store it all up!
I did want to share the thing that made my day yesterday though. One of the youth, who I haven't seen FOREVER, was here yesterday. She was so excited to see me. It was way fun. So thanks miss jlf, for making my day!
Since it is a short week, I have a TON to do. I hope you all have a joyful day!
