February 18 The curse of the MP3 PlayerI have a creative audio 40 GB Mp3 player. I love it. since it is 40 gigs, it is huge. i will probably never use that much space, but i like knowing that i have it. I use it all the time. I have had it for over a year and still haven't thought of a good name for it....any suggestions?
There are many days, especially on my days off, that I put on my headphones, clean the house, run errands, and never really take it off. I love the fact I can bring all my favorite music along with me, which is a very ecletic range, so i always have somethign to match my mood.
There is a downside to the Mp3 player however. i will call it the curse. See, i have the little bud earphones, and since i normally wear my hair down, people don't often even notice that i have my tunes with me. and anytime i am in a store, i always have it low enough so i can hear what is going on around me. But the curse is this: i tend to sing along to my music. Some of these songs begged to be sung along to. and, when you are in the grocery store and are suddenly rapping "Golddigger" along with Kanye to the broccoli, people look at you funny. Some may even point and laugh. at least I am not dropping it like its hot...
Note to self: sing at home, in shower....not in grocery store.
